In order to get down our ideas we had a group discussion and all put forward ideas that we believed would make a good ident. However, we found that our ideas weren't very creative so we had to plan further untill we thought that we found a creative and original ideant idea. To create our ident idea we will need to use props (such as a rubix cube) which will be edited in imovie, where a soundtrack and a continuity-announcer will be added in and we will use the programme livetype in order to represent our brand name ''The Grid". We will use livetype to create our logo with a variety of fonts and images. We will have actors in causual costumes to signify that the channel is cool, original and down to earth so it stands out and attracts the audience. The location will be basic as no specific background is required.
